Abstract

This article discusses the classification of the incentive type of speech acts. The article describes the incentive type of speech acts, which is used to persuade the interlocutor to perform some action. The main categories of incentive speech acts, such as orders, requests, offers, and advice are presented, as well as examples of how to use each of them.
