Abstract

This article reveals the characteristics of this legal institution for various reasons, based on a brief history of the marriage contract and an analysis of the legal regulation of the terms of the marriage contract in individual foreign countries. At the same time, on the basis of the legislation of foreign countries, the analysis of conflicts between spouses complicated by a foreign element, arising in the regulation of property and personal non-property relations established by the marriage contract, was included in the national legislation.
